Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Decor for my desk

What the duck! This is so super cute and I keep it on my desk at work as I enjoy low lighting as opposed to harsh fluorescent lights. Worth the money honey, buy it!

This little guy is very cute and squishy. It is about the size of an adult hand and has two settings, one with a timer and one without. To change the brightness you simply give him a little bop.

this soft soft-light adorable duck is mine. all mine. as other reviewers have stated, the minute your eyes lay on this thing, you'll completely forget that you wanted to give this to a kiddo near you because, idk, one for me, one for you. and you just ordered one. so this one's yours.it's super adorable. rechargeable. i am including a pic of the duck's butt (yes, it's SFW) which shows options for off/low light/light. the soft glow of the duck is further emphasized by its soft texture, true to its product photos, and makes for an adorable night light for guests and the like.this duck is mine. it's a 5-star duck. get your own and you too can have 5 stars as well.

Adorable, but limited lighting options.

Good lord this little guy is soooooooooo cute!We love these soft, silicone nightlights. We have a few around the house that I would like to say are just for the kids, but my wife and love them too :) They charge up easily, and with a tap will turn on as a softly lit nightlight.This particular duck can stay on, or times off in 20 minutes depending on where you set the switch. My only minor complaint is that there are only two brightness settings. We have others that have both 3 brightness settings, and full RGB lighting.
