Yes, we deliver to most of the countries in the world, where DHL, FedEx or UPS operate.

There may be delays in deliveries due to COVID-19.

India, Brazil - Unfortunately, we stopped the deliveries to the given countries due to the complicated customs clearance policies.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 10-20 business days for standard shipping (For fast and accurate delivery, a phone number is required on shipping information), when the logistics tracking number comes out.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn't leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Standard Shipping takes 10-20 business days to arrive.


Tracking

If you can't track your package by the tracking number, don't worry, please contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
