The assembly is tedious though. Just screwing in the rods is exhausting and then you have to go around and snip all the zip ties. But the reward, oh my is it worth it!!!
This is beautiful. It’s also super bright in the space. Had it professionally installed as it was on a staircase and the electricians commented on the quality. Got the big size. Truly love it.
Great product and customer service. Takes a while to install and have some suture scissors to clip all 50 of the zip ties securing the screw in decor. Great value and looks fantastic. Warning! Once you pull through the height adjustment wire there’s no going back. The housing up top locks it in as you pull it through and no way to release it. Make sure you hit the correct height for your area. The upper plate is not well designed and the electrical wire plate will pull away from the ceiling due to wire tension. Just give it a day then go up and push it up flush and gorilla in the screws. Sits tight on my vaulted ceiling
Instructions are not that detailed as you can see in the photo but we figured it out. I thought the length of wire was very long and gave us flexibility to adjust height.
