Love this duvet! Very soft and almost satiny? It has a little sheen to it. Looks super expensive, but at a reasonable price. Totally recommend!
Colors are so vibrant and it is so soft.
I love how bold the colors on this "william morris-esque" design are. Although there are no labels sewn in- it does appear to be 100% cotton Sateen (other patterns are not 100%cotton) as described. The thread count is high enough to make it smooth and comfy, but not too heavy. I washed it on a warm cycle in a medium heat dryer and there was no shrinkage and no fading. The pattern and colors are really clear and it brightens up the bedroom and looks very high quality. It does have ties in the inside corners, which is key and a zipper. Zipper is kind of cheap but you can't see it and it's nice to have a zipper instead of buttons sometimes. I love it so much I took a bunch of photos- could not be happier and it's a great price for a kind duvet with two king sized shams.
So here is the good! It is very soft and the colors are very pretty. The blue backround is really more of a green but still very pretty. There are two elements that make this product less than perfect. The first is, the shams are only pillow cases (not finished shams) and the second is the pattern on the shams do not line up the sam so when you are looking straight at the bed the repeat of the pattern is not aligned. It is not enough to drive me crazy because I have white pillows in front of them, but for some, it might be a deal breaker.
I loved the print and colors! Just the right colours for autumn winter. Fabric was soft and silky. Have not washed it yet but hoping it will stay the same. It fitted my king size comforter very well.
